Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Voice Sales | Customer Service role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.



The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with property-related queries, service offerings, and platform navigation, while ensuring a professional and empathetic interaction. The team member will explain product features, promote relevant services, and convert leads into successful transactions through consultative selling. Daily responsibilities include resolving customer issues, updating records in the CRM system, sharing feedback with internal teams, and adhering to defined call quality and productivity metrics. The role also requires collaborating with peers and supervisors to improve scripts, processes, and overall customer experience.

Qualifications
