Travel Consultant / Travel Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally and confidently with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Contact and follow up with clients using the leads provided by the company.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel packages, flights, hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and visa services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding travel services, prices, requirements, and procedures.
- Follow up with potential clients regularly and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary travel-related documents and client records.
- Handle visa application documentation, including collecting, checking, organizing, and submitting required documents.
- Assist customers with visa requirements, application forms, supporting documents, and application status updates.
- Coordinate with clients regarding passports, photographs, bank statements, insurance, hotel bookings, flight bookings, and other required documents.




- Prepare quotations, itineraries, invoices, booking confirmations, and other travel documents.
- Coordinate flight, hotel, transportation, sightseeing, and tour bookings as required.
- Maintain proper records of customer information, leads, bookings, payments, and visa applications.
- Follow up with customers after bookings and provide assistance whenever required.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Perform other duties related to travel consultancy and customer service as assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive spoken and written English.
- Hindi/Punjabi or other languages will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of travel, tourism, visa procedures, and travel documentation.
