Job Summary

Helium Solar is looking for a Business Development Executive / Solar Sales Executive who is energetic, target-oriented, and passionate about sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, promoting solar solutions, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other sources.
- Identify and approach potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain solar products, benefits, pricing, and ROI.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for site surveys and project execution.




- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Submit regular sales and performance reports to the reporting manager.

Requirements
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Freshers with positive communication and sales skills can apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/mandatory for field sales.
- Experience in solar, real estate, banking, telecom, or other field-sales industries will be an advantage.
