Roles and Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, research, and networking.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting performance metrics.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in BPO sales, outbound calling, or telesales.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using computer software applications for data entry and record-keeping.
- Kannada mandatory
- Graduation or awaiting for results.
