Job Summary

Samagra Interiors is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales function for residential interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience sales and customer relationship managementand deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
- Monitor lead generation, conversions, and overall sales performance.
- Handle key client meetings and support the team in closing high-value projects.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable interior design solutions.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth project closures.
- Review quotations, proposals, and sales presentations before client submission.
- Track sales metrics,



prepare reports, and present performance updates to management.
- Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, interior products, and customer engagement.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels.
- Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales.
- Experience in interior design, modular furniture, home décor, construction, or real estate is preferred.
- Solid understanding of interior products, materials, finishes, and project execution processes.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
