Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and maintain relationships with international diamond buyers and wholesalers.

✔ Identify and acquire new business opportunities in global markets.

✔ Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.

✔ Negotiate pricing, payment terms,



and commercial agreements with international clients.

✔ Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

✔ Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations teams for timely order execution.

✔ Monitor international market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

✔ Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings whenever required.

✔ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1+3 years of experience in International Diamond Sales.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Diamond Grading
- Diamond Pricing
- Certification Standards
- International Diamond Markets
- Existing network of international diamond buyers is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
