Career Development Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years | Qualification: Graduate
Technical background preferred

We’re looking for a people-oriented Placement Officer to build industry connections and help students discover the right career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain corporate relationships for placements.
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.
- Conduct orientation, placement training, and grooming sessions.




- Guide students with career and interview preparation.
- Coordinate with recruiters and maintain placement records.

Who Can Apply?
- Experience in Business Operations, Training, Business Development, HR, Recruitment, or Placement.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Positive command of English & Malayalam.
