Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, follow-ups, referrals, walk-ins, and other business development activities.
- Contact prospective students and understand their educational and career requirements.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, career opportunities, and institute facilities.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions in the CRM/system.
- Conduct effective student counselling and explain suitable course options.
- Coordinate with the academic and administration teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with students and parents.
- Participate in promotional activities, education fairs, seminars, events, and admission campaigns.




- Monitor competitor activities and market trends and provide feedback to management.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and share them with the reporting manager.
- Ensure a positive student experience throughout the enquiry and admission process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
