Role Description
The Management Trainee role at TasteOfMoM is an on-site position based in Mengio, designed to prepare individuals for future leadership responsibilities within the organization. A Management Trainee will rotate through key operational areas such as front-of-house service, kitchen operations, inventory management, and basic administrative tasks to understand end-to-end store functioning. Day-to-day activities include supporting supervisors in staff scheduling, assisting with quality and hygiene checks, monitoring customer satisfaction,



and helping implement promotional or seasonal initiatives. The role also involves learning standard operating procedures, observing and reporting on process improvements, and actively participating in team meetings and training sessions. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, open to feedback, and interested in building a long-term career in food and hospitality management.
