Responsibilities
- Understand technical job requirements and role expectations
- Source and screen candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, etc.)
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews
- Maintain candidate databases and pipelines
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding initiatives
- Ensure a smooth on boarding experience for selected candidates

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or related field
- 0.6 3 years of experience in technical recruitment
- Solid knowledge of IT technologies, programming languages, and technical roles
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously

Skills
- Experience in contract staffing
- Previous work with IT service companies or startups
- Understanding of technical screening methods and tools
