Role Overview:

We are looking for Product Engineer to support Retail Assets Automation testing and production stability. The role focuses on defect resolution, root-cause analysis, test automation coverage, and stabilization across the Retail Assets module.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation & Defect Management
- Support defect resolution for Retail Assets Automation testing and PBIs in production.
- Own test automation coverage for the Retail Assets module.
- Drive stabilization initiatives across entities including ENBD, EI, and international subsidiaries.
Production Support
- Triage and resolve critical production incidents.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and reduce recurring defects.
- Coordinate with Development teams on patches, upgrades, and defect resolution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience in Finacle Scripting.
- Experience with Retail Assets module testing and automation.
- Robust defect triage, root-cause analysis, and production support skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across development and cross-entity teams.
