Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries professionally through calls.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain a polite and professional communication style.
- Resolve customer issues as per company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow process, quality, and company standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Meet assigned performance and quality parameters.

Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass.
