Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to attract top candidates through various channels such as social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and make data-driven decisions to improve the overall recruitment process.

Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Non IT).
- Robust understanding of recruitment processes, including job posting creation, candidate screening, interview scheduling, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
