About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of SEO Services to lead and build our SEO Services division. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can develop SEO strategies, lead teams, manage client relationships, improve delivery processes, and take ownership of campaign performance.

You will work closely with the SEO, Content, Link Building, and Sales teams to build scalable SEO processes and deliver measurable results for clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop SEO strategies and roadmaps based on client goals and business objectives.
- Define and improve SEO strategies across different service packages.
- Review campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee technical SEO, on-page SEO, content, and link-building activities.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO Services team.




- Delegate tasks across SEO, content, link building, and account management functions.
- Monitor team performance, workload, and delivery timelines.
- Identify hiring and training requirements as the division grows.
- Establish clear ownership, accountability, and performance standards.

Quality & Delivery
- Oversee SEO campaign execution across multiple client accounts.
- Review and approve important client deliverables before submission.
- Ensure adherence to SEO SOPs, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.

Client Management
- Manage relationships with key and higher-value SEO clients.
- Lead SEO strategy calls, presentations, and performance discussions.
- Communicate SEO recommendations, progress, and campaign outcomes.
- Handle escalations and ensure client expectations are effectively managed.
