- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Microsoft/Bing Ads
- Other relevant paid channels
- Manage paid campaigns targeting North American and European markets.
- Own campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance targets.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve target ROAS, CPA, and CAC.
- Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation.
- Develop and test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Manage conversion tracking, pixels, and tagging using:
- GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel / CAPI
- LinkedIn Insight Tag
- Offline conversion tracking
- Work closely with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Plan and execute structured A/B tests.
- Identify and test new paid acquisition channels such as Pinterest and TikTok Ads.
- Develop paid marketing strategies for new products, product lines, and recent markets.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Analyze campaign data to identify performance trends, opportunities, and issues.




- Stay updated with advertising platform changes, bidding algorithms, and PPC best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience.
- Mandatory experience managing paid campaigns for an e-commerce B2B brand.
- Proven experience managing significant advertising budgets profitably.
- Strong experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience setting up and managing conversion tracking, including offline conversions.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Good understanding of e-commerce funnels and the relationship between paid media and revenue.
- Ability to build a paid acquisition strategy from the ground up, rather than only optimizing existing campaigns.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present campaign performance and strategy to non-
