Requirements

✔ 1+ year of experience in
IT/Engineering Recruitment.

✔
Any international recruitment experience
– UK, US, Europe, Middle East, etc.

✔ Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills

✔ Hands-on experience in
end-to-end recruitment

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Solid networking and relationship-building abilities

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Key Responsibilities




- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
