Job Title: Master Data & OMS ExecutiveJob Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Master Data & OMS Executive to manage SKU, product, EAN, and master data across OMS, SAP, and marketplace platforms. The role will be responsible for accurate product creation, mapping, maintenance, and coordination to ensure data consistency and accuracy across all systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SKU and product master data in SAP and OMS.
- Create and maintain recent products and SKUs across OMS and SAP.
- Handle EAN creation, mapping, validation, and maintenance.
- Manage end-to-end SKU, EAN, and product mapping between marketplaces, OMS, and SAP.
- Ensure accurate mapping of product information, including SKU, EAN, MRP, product details, and other master-data attributes.
- Validate SKU and EAN mappings with internal teams and resolve discrepancies.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SKU, EAN, product, and master-data mapping issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data consistency across marketplaces, OMS, and SAP.




- Coordinate with internal teams for new SKU launches, product updates, MRP changes, and mapping modifications.
- Conduct regular checks and corrections of product and master-data issues.
- Coordinate with marketplace and internal teams to ensure timely completion of product mapping and updates.
- Ensure all required product information is correctly created, updated, and maintained across systems.
- Prepare and maintain master-data reports, SKU trackers, and mapping reports.
- Support continuous improvement of master-data processes and data accuracy.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in OMS, SAP, E-commerce Operations, Master Data Management, or Marketplace Operations.
- Hands-on experience in SKU/product mapping and EAN management.
- Good understanding of SAP and OMS processes.
- Experience working with e-commerce marketplaces and product/catalogue data.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel,
