Manage and regularly update all assigned OTA and online booking platforms.

Ensure accurate room inventory and availability across all channels.

Update room rates, packages, offers, promotions, and restrictions as instructed.

Monitor booking status, cancellations, modifications, and no-shows.





Ensure that all property information is accurate and up to date.

Regularly check for discrepancies in rates, availability, and room inventory.

Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to avoid overbooking or inventory errors.

2. Rate & Inventory Management

Update daily, weekly, seasonal, weekend, and special event rates.

Manage room availability across different OTAs.

Block or open inventory based on occupancy and management instructions.

Ensure rate parity across relevant online channels.

Monitor competitor pricing and share observations with management.

Assist in implementing dynamic pricing and revenue optimization strategies.

3. OTA Content Management

Ensure that property descriptions, room descriptions, amenities, photographs, policies, and other information are accurate.

Update current offers, packages, and promotional content.

Coordinate with the marketing team for updated photographs, videos, and promotional material.
