· Handle customer requirements for Railway Metal & Rubber Bonded Parts.
· Plan production and manpower according to customer requirements.
· Plan and coordinate the dispatch of finished materials.
· Provide customers with the dispatch schedule and material status.
· Coordinate RDSO-related requirements, inspections, approvals, and documentation.
· Coordinate requirements for other railway components.
· Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
· Plan manpower and material deployment according to urgent site/customer requirements.
· Maintain the status of pending orders and customer complaints/follow-ups.
· Submit a daily/weekly Order, Dispatch & Manpower Status Report to management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
