Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the international customer base.

• Identify and establish relationships with global distributors, importers, and OEMs in the automotive industry.
- Manage end-to-end export documentation, including Letter of Credit (LC), Bill of Lading, customs clearance, shipping documentation, and international trade compliance.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with overseas clients. • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in international automotive markets.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export laws, and documentation requirements.

• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production teams for smooth execution and timely delivery of export orders.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings to develop new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, competitor activities, and global market trends.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing international clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Key Requirements

5- 10 years of hardcore sales experience in the automobile or automotive components industry with robust exposure to export markets.
- In-depth knowledge of export documentation, international trade regulations, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of customs clearance, incoterms, freight forwarding, and logistics operations.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, international business development, and key account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and CRM tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience dealing with OEMs and international distributors in the automotive sector.

• Exposure to Middle East, Europe, or Southeast Asian markets will be an added advantage.
