Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Electrical with 14+ years of experience in the construction industry, particularly in residential high-rise projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, and coordination of electrical works while ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and project requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute electrical works for residential high-rise projects.
- Supervise installation of electrical systems including LT/HT, DG, transformers, panels, cables, earthing, lighting, and power distribution.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP teams, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Review electrical drawings, layouts, specifications, and BOQs and ensure execution as per approved drawings.




- Monitor project progress and ensure electrical works are completed within the planned timelines.
- Manage electrical contractors and subcontractors and monitor manpower, material, and productivity.
- Ensure proper coordination of electrical services with civil, plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting, and other MEP services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Ensure testing and commissioning of electrical systems and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Monitor material requirements, procurement, and consumption to avoid project delays.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards, safety requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare progress reports, review project requirements, and provide regular updates to the Project Head.
- Identify and resolve technical and execution challenges at site.
