✅ 2–5 years in Inside Sales / EdTech Sales / Admissions / Consultative Sales

✅ Robust consultative selling and closing skills

✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

✅ Experience selling high-value programs/services (₹75K–₹3L+)

✅ CRM proficiency and pipeline management

✅ Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals

✅ Passion for AI, technology, and career counselling

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive admissions for premium AI & Technology programs
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead qualification to enrolment
- Counsel prospective learners and recommend the right learning pathway
- Achieve monthly revenue and enrolment targets
- Maintain CRM hygiene and deliver an exceptional learner experience
