Job Summary

The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive client experience. The role involves regular client communication, follow-ups, lead management, and supporting business growth through strong relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
- Handle client enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and store teams to ensure smooth client service.
- Handle client complaints and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with clients after purchase/service to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and upselling.




- Maintain a database of existing and potential clients.
- Support sales activities and achieve assigned relationship/sales targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Participate in client events, exhibitions, promotions, and other business activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups effectively.
