About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to support our internal and external hiring.

This internship is ideal for candidates interested in:

You will work closely with leadership and hiring teams to identify top talent for high-impact enterprise projects and long-term

client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and social platforms

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients

• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers

• Support internship and fresher hiring drives

• Build talent pools for AI, GIS, Cybersecurity, ERP, and Software roles

• Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns





• Use ATS/recruitment tools for candidate management

• Conduct basic market and salary research

• Support contract staffing and enterprise hiring initiatives

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong interest in recruitment and HR

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals

• Good organizational and coordination skills

• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Self-driven and proactive mindset

• MBA (HR) / BBA / Any Graduate

• Freshers and interns can apply
