Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate induction programs and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Drive engagement activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Performance Management
- Support appraisal processes and maintain performance records.
- Assist managers in setting KPIs and monitoring employee progress.
- Payroll & Compliance
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
- Conduct HR audits and maintain employee records.
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Track effectiveness of training initiatives.
- HR Operations
- Maintain HRIS and employee databases.
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and compliance documentation.
- Support policy implementation and process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in IT/Telecom/Service industries.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Excel (Advanced).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
