Summary
As a Cloud Business Operations Manager, you will work directly with senior leadership to drive the day-to-day operations of Antraweb's Cloud Business. You will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, customer experience, service delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and business performance while working closely with our technical cloud infrastructure team. This is not a conventional operations role. You will own business-critical initiatives, solve real operational challenges, analyze data, improve processes,



and help build the next generation of enterprise cloud services. Technical expertise is not expected on Day One. Curiosity, ownership, analytical thinking, and execution are excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations
- Drive end-to-end execution of cloud business operations.
- Monitor operational KPIs and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Improve operational efficiency through structured process improvements.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.
- Develop dashboards and management reports for leadership review.

Customer Experience
- Ensure seamless onboarding of current cloud customers.
- Monitor customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
- Drive timely resolution of customer escalations through effective coordination.
- Ensure SLA adherence across cloud operations.
