Job Purpose

Internship role supporting the growing content requirements across Cozmo’s brands and divisions, with a focus on building in-house capability and reducing dependency on external vendors for routine content production.

Key Tasks
- Support the development and execution of the social media content calendar.
- Draft engaging captions and social media copy aligned with brand tone and platform requirements.
- Create basic social media creatives using Canva and other accessible content creation tools.
- Capture on-ground photo and video content at events, activations and travel-related activities.
- Research social media trends, formats, sounds, topics and content opportunities relevant to Cozmo’s brands.
- Support content adaptation for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X.
- Assist with community engagement, including monitoring comments, messages and relevant interactions.
- Coordinate with the wider marketing/content team to support timely delivery of routine content requirements





Personal Qualities / Behavioral Competencies
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Creative, curious and comfortable experimenting with content formats.
- Good awareness of social media trends and digital culture.
- Comfortable being on-ground at events and travel-related activations.
- Proactive, organised and able to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Arabic writing skills are an advantage.

Education

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field; suitable for a fresh graduate or final-year student.

Experience

Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X, including current trends and platform formats.

Basic content creation skills in mobile videography, photography and Canva are required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
