Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Site Supervisor** to oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate with workers and vendors, ensure timely completion of work, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and coordinate workers, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor attendance, work allocation, and daily productivity.
- Ensure work is completed as per timelines and requirements.
- Maintain daily site reports and records.
- Coordinate material requirements and monitor stock at the site.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and discipline.




- Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Coordinate with management and provide regular updates on site progress.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in site supervision or a similar role.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage workers effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and maintaining site records.
- Willingness to travel to different sites, if required.
- Candidates with experience in construction, facility management, events, or operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
