Preferred candidate profile
- Provide Application Management Support (AMS) for SAP ABAP-HR objects and programmes.
- Manage incident, service request, and change tickets related to HR reports and enhancements.
- Develop, modify, and enhance custom HR reports using ABAP-HR reporting, logical databases (PNP / PNPCE), and HR macros and function modules.
- Implement changes to reports, update selection screens, format outputs, and optimise performance.
- Debug and resolve issues associated with infotypes, payroll results (cluster tables), and time management data.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants specialising in OM, PA/PO, Payroll, and Time modules to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring production issues.
- Assist with transport management, perform unit testing, and support production deployments.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and articles for the knowledge base.
- Participate in audits, compliance activities, and system upgrades as needed.
- Provide on-call or shift-based AMS support when required.
