Video KYC Associate

for our Mumbai office. In this role, you'll be the face of our verification process connecting with customers over live video calls to confirm their identity and complete the KYC formalities required before loan approval.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Initiate and conduct live video interactions with customers to verify their identity as part of the mandatory KYC process.

2. Guide customers on-call to show their original ID proofs (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.) and match these against submitted application data.

3. Capture clear photographs, document snapshots, and location details during each verification call.

4. Perform liveness checks (such as asking the customer to read a code or make simple gestures) to rule out fraud or impersonation attempts.

5. Log outcomes, remarks, and verification status accurately in the internal CRM/system immediately after each call.

6. Spot red flags mismatched details, suspicious documents, or unusual customer behaviour and report them to your supervisor or compliance team.

Complete each verification within the defined turnaround time while not compromising on accuracy.

8. Meet daily call/verification targets assigned to you as part of team goals.

9. Handle simple customer questions confidently during the call, and route anything complex to the right team.

10. Maintain a daily summary of calls handled, pending verifications, and rejected cases for reporting purposes.

Who We're Looking For:

1. Graduates from any academic background.

2. Solid spoken communication skills clear, confident, and customer-friendly.

3. Comfortable being on camera and speaking with customers over video calls.

4. Familiarity with computers, apps, and basic digital tools.

5. Detail-oriented with a focus on getting things right the first time.

6. Willingness to work within structured processes and defined SOPs.

Shift Details:

6 days/week | 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- 1 rotational day off per week

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 3,
