Job Description:

Qualifications & Experience
Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile/Production preferred)
Minimum 6 to 8 years in vehicle Quality Inspection, Product Audit, Final Inspection, PDI or Manufacturing Quality.
Experience in tractors, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, commercial vehicles, and automotive products is preferred. Experience in inspection of finished vehicles will be an advantage. Knowledge & Competencies
Good understanding of automotive quality requirements
Good knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes and defects during these processes
Strong knowledge of paint and surface-finish defects.
Understanding of defect classification and quality standards.
Familiarity with quality tools such as check sheets, Pareto analysis and defect trend analysis. Ability to prepare clear inspection reports with photographic evidence.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including OEM customers Awareness of 8D / Root Cause Analysis / CAPA would be an advantage.




Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Flexible and willing to work in a matrix organisation structure.
