We are looking for an experienced Zoho One Systems & Automation Specialist to help build, improve, automate, and document our internal business systems.

The role will work closely with management across multiple departments and will involve Zoho One, automation, reporting, documentation, and general software/process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Configure and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Analytics.

* Build workflows, automations, reports, dashboards, fields, modules, and other Zoho configurations.

* Work heavily with Zoho Analytics to create management reports, KPIs, and dashboards.

* Develop and maintain automations using n8n.

* Integrate Zoho with Shopify, Microsoft 365, and other business applications.

* Work with APIs, webhooks, Zoho Flow, and Deluge where required.

* Help design and improve systems for sales, support, accounting, logistics, operations, and other departments.

* Identify repetitive or inefficient processes and recommend ways to automate or improve them.

* Create SOPs, process documentation, training documents,



and system documentation.

* Troubleshoot software, automation, reporting, and data issues.

* Assist with other software and systems-related projects as required.

Required Experience & Skills:

* Hands-on experience with Zoho One.

* Strong experience with Zoho CRM.

* Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Analytics.

* Experience creating workflows, reports, dashboards, and automations.

* Familiarity with n8n.

* Familiarity with Shopify.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

* Robust written and spoken English.

* Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

* Experience with APIs, webhooks, Zoho Flow, or Deluge is an advantage.
