JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a energetic, aggressive, and highly networked Sales Manager to lead our sales vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business expansion by establishing strategic B2B tie-ups with major real estate builders, promoters, contractors, and broker networks across Nagpur.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

B2B Partnership Acquisition: Personally meet and pitch 'PRO 7 BARA' solutions to top builders, real estate developers, legal consultants, and broker associations to lock bulk documentation contracts.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and track the daily performance of the on-field sales team to meet pipeline objectives.

Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain flawless tracking of leads, site visits, deals, and conversion metrics using Google Sheets and CRM tools.

Deal Closure & Negotiation: Conduct high-level pitch presentations, negotiate terms, and close high-value B2B tie-ups independently.

Strategic Networking: Leverage existing Nagpur real estate contacts to generate referral leads and build long-term corporate relationships.





KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

Monthly and Quarterly Sales Revenue Target Achievement.

Number of new corporate B2B tie-ups locked per month.

Conversion rate of generated leads to active accounts.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & SKILLS

Education: Graduate degree mandatory; MBA in Sales/Marketing is highly preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of core sales experience with a proven track record in Nagpur Real Estate, Plotting, Construction B2B, or allied documentation services.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets, Lead Tracking CRMs, and PowerPoint presentations.

Key Traits: Extremely outgoing/extrovert, goal-oriented, persistent, persuasive, and comfortable with intensive local field travel.
