Role & responsibilities
- Visit medical professionals regularly to promote company products and generate prescriptions in line with strategic objectives.
- Ensure smooth product availability by visiting chemists and stockists across the assigned territory.
- Actively participate in doctor meets, seminars, and promotional events to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
- Self-development on therapy, product & competition knowledge and relevant selling skills. Attend development programs designed by the company.
- Collect and share market insights on both company and competitor products with the product management team and senior hierarchy.
- Conduct market research, updating of customer list as per companys requirement.
- Report daily field activities through the company’s reporting tools to keep supervisors updated on progress.
- Ensure adherence to company/Division norms on sales and effort parameters.
