Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy Sales Manager Individual Contributor (IC) to drive business growth for Prodigy Technovations across India, based out of our Bangalore office.The role will be responsible for expanding Prodigys presence among leading semiconductor design centers, Tier-1 technology companies, and ecosystem partners. The candidate will work closely with validation engineering, hardware, design, and procurement teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute target-account strategies to accelerate the adoption of Prodigy’s Protocol Analyzers, Exercisers, and Logic Analyzers across the Indian semiconductor market.
- Pipeline Generation & Ownership: Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, customer engagement, technical discovery, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
- Account Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers, including VLSI design managers, post-silicon validation leads, engineering leaders,



and procurement teams.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with internal Application Engineering (AE) and Product Management teams to support product demonstrations, technical evaluations, and customer Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs).
- Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships within the semiconductor ecosystem.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about semiconductor R&D; trends, pre- and post-silicon validation requirements, competitive dynamics, and customer needs.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Approximately 8 years of proven experience in B2B technical sales, account management, or business development within the semiconductor, test & measurement, EDA, or related technology industries.
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem, validation workflows, protocol analyzers, digital test instruments, or related engineering
