Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable real estate projects, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, references, digital platforms, networking, and other sources.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, location benefits, amenities, and investment opportunities.
- Arrange and conduct property/project site visits for prospective customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Convert qualified leads into property bookings and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits,



and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the documentation, accounts, and operations teams for smooth completion of bookings.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, property prices, and customer preferences.
- Build a strong network of clients, investors, channel partners, and referral sources.
- Ensure a professional customer experience from the first interaction until the completion of the sale.
