Role Description
The Quick Book Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities using QuickBooks and other relevant tools. This role includes recording and reviewing journal entries,



preparing and maintaining financial statements, and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls. The associate will support month-end and year-end closing processes, assist in generating financial and management reports, and help address queries from internal stakeholders and clients. Daily responsibilities also involve coordinating with senior team members to streamline accounting workflows, maintaining organized financial records, and contributing to process improvements in the finance function.

Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Finance and Accounting principles, with the ability to interpret financial data and support decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with Financial Statements and Journal Entries (Accounting), including preparation, review, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency with Accounting Software (preferably QuickBooks) and related tools to manage day-to-day boo
