Role
- Lead the Embedded & Electronics Engineering team with responsibility for Recent Product Introduction (NPI), product engineering, team management and technical readiness of products from prototype through production, validation and field deployment.
- The Team Lead will manage and mentor junior embedded engineers while ensuring timely engineering delivery across the companys product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

NPI & Product Engineering
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from engineering prototype to production-ready products.
- Translate product requirements into electronics, embedded and system-level specifications.
- Define and review system architecture, microcontrollers/processors, electronic components and embedded subsystems.
- drive engineering builds through prototype, EVT, DVT, PVT and pilot-production stages.
- Lead PCB bring-up, firmware integration, subsystem integration and system-level troubleshooting.
- Ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), serviceability and reliability.
- Drive BOM optimization,



component selection, alternate-component qualification and lifecycle management.
- Coordinate technical activities with mechanical, software, AI, manufacturing, quality and regulatory teams.
- Support vendor evaluation and technical qualification of electronic components and assemblies.
- Ensure smooth engineering transfer from R&D; to production.

Team Leadership
- Manage and technically guide junior and mid-level Embedded Engineers.
- Allocate product ownership and engineering tasks across the embedded team.
- Review firmware, electronics designs, engineering calculations, schematics and test results.
- Conduct regular design reviews and technical problem-solving sessions.
- Monitor engineering timelines, deliverables and closure of technical issues.
- Mentor engineers in structured debugging, verification, documentation and product-development practices.
- Ensure accountability for assigned product develop
