About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HOD – Planning & Execution (Infrastructure) to lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and coordination across infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery, effective resource utilization, cost control, quality compliance, and coordination with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall planning and execution of infrastructure/civil construction projects.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, DPRs, and progress reports.
- Track project progress against planned targets and identify delays or deviations.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, DPMs, Engineers, QA/QC, Billing, Design, Procurement, and Site Teams.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources for effective project execution.
- Review BOQ, quantities, drawings, work fronts, and construction methodologies.
- Ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.




- Monitor project productivity, quantities executed, and overall performance.
- Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and critical activities and implement corrective actions.
- Review and analyze daily/weekly/monthly project reports and MIS.
- Ensure timely achievement of project milestones and contractual targets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal management.
- Support cost control, quantity monitoring, billing coordination, and variation management.
- Provide strategic guidance and technical support to project planning and execution teams.
- Conduct regular site reviews and ensure effective implementation of management decisions.
- Mentor and develop planning and execution team members.

Experience
- 15+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure/civil construction.
- Experience in handling highway, road, bridge, structure, or major infrastructure projects will be prefer
