Position - Technical Business Analyst

Experience - 3–5 Years

Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience who can effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technology teams.

The candidate should have robust analytical and documentation skills, a good understanding of software development life cycles, APIs, databases, and application architecture, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and other technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Requirement Analysis

* Understand business requirements and translate them into clear and actionable technical requirements.

* Conduct discussions with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and expected outcomes.

* Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.

* Identify gaps, dependencies, assumptions, and potential risks in requirements.

* Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).

* Create user stories,



acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases.

* Clarify requirements and resolve queries raised by development and QA teams.

Technical Analysis

* Understand the overall application architecture and end-to-end application flow.

* Work closely with developers to understand technical feasibility and implementation approaches.

* Have a good understanding of REST APIs, request/response structures, JSON, HTTP methods, and API integrations.

* Understand database concepts and be able to write basic-to-intermediate SQL queries for data validation and analysis.

* Analyze application workflows and identify dependencies between frontend, backend, database, and external systems.

* Review API documentation and coordinate with external/internal technology teams for integrations.

* Perform basic troubleshooting and help identify whether an issue is related to business logic, API, database,
