We're hiring a Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team producing static ad creative and supporting brand collateral across three D2C brands. You'll take briefs, references, and product/campaign context from our Growth Managers and turn them into finished static ads and thumbnails — at volume, and on a daily production rhythm. Beyond ads, you'll also pick up other in-house creative work as needed: email graphics, site banners, and similar brand assets. This is an execution-first role: you're not setting creative strategy, you're translating a brief and a winning reference into a scroll-stopping static, quickly and repeatedly.

Key Responsibilities
- Take briefs from Growth Managers — product, campaign angle,



and competitor reference statics sourced via Foreplay or organic scouting — and produce finished static ad creative.
- Design thumbnails for video ads, optimized for scroll-stopping performance on Meta and TikTok.
- Produce static ad variations at volume to support ongoing testing across all three brands.
- Take on other in-house creative work as needed — email graphics, site banners, and similar brand assets — alongside ad production.
- Submit work for Growth Manager review, incorporate revision feedback promptly, and resubmit until approved.
- Log daily production accurately in the team's tracking system.
- Review performance feedback on your own published statics and factor it into future design decisions.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 0–3 years of graphic design experience, ideally with static ad or social creative (Meta/TikTok/Instagram), not just print or brand collateral.
