Lead Associate,



Software Engineering
to join our dynamic team. The Lead Associate , Software Engineering, will participate in the development of more complex features or components, and demonstrate a deeper understanding of software development. The ideal candidate will be able to work with both technical and non-technical staff to analyze and understand business requirements. Candidates must have strong skills in
developing Java software solutions, data analysis, and with a solid understanding of SQL
. Additionally, knowledge of
shell scripting
is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, implement and test multi-tier applications using technologies like Spring Boot 2.7+, Spring Batch, Spring REST Webservices, Spring Security, RabbitMQ, JDBC, XML, JSON and applications with Oracle as database
- Ability to design and implement scalable, high performance batch applications with Spring batch and the abilit
