Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sales, service, AMC, installation and maintenance invoices accurately and on time.
- Prepare GST tax invoices, debit notes and credit notes as required.
- Verify Purchase Orders (PO), Work Orders, Delivery Challans, Service Reports, Job Completion Reports and supporting documents before billing.
- Prepare bills for:
- Fire hydrant and sprinkler systems
- Fire alarm systems
- Fire extinguishers and firefighting equipment
- Fire pump installation/service
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Fire safety inspection, testing and servicing
- Repair and replacement works
- Coordinate with the Sales, Projects, Service and Site teams to collect completed-job details for billing.




- Check agreed rates, quantities, GST, discounts and payment terms as per PO/contract.
- Submit invoices to customers through email, courier or customer/vendor portals.
- Maintain an updated billing tracker and records of submitted and pending invoices.
- Follow up with customers for invoice approval and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with Accounts for receivable reconciliation and payment updates.
- Handle customer queries related to invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain proper soft-copy and hard-copy documentation for audit and management review.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly billing/MIS reports.
- Ensure timely billing closure and minimize invoice rejections.

- Graduate, preferably B.Com / BBA / Commerce.
