Job summary:

This is a leading manufacturer and solution provider for Solar Module Mounting

Structures (MMS), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Industrial Fabrication, and

customized engineering solutions. We serve utility-scale, commercial, and industrial solar

projects across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual

revenue targets.

Generate new business opportunities for Solar MMS, BESS, and EPC-related products

and services.

Build relationships with Solar EPC companies, Developers, IPPs, Government

organizations, Industrial customers, and Consultants.

Identify new projects through market research, tender portals, networking, and

industry events.





Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, negotiations, and commercial

discussions.

Coordinate with engineering, estimation, production, and project teams for timely

proposal submission.

Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.

Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.

Represent SRPL Group at exhibitions, conferences, and renewable energy events.

International Sales Responsibilities

Develop export business across the Middle East, Africa, South-East Asia, Europe, and

other strategic markets.

Appoint and manage distributors, channel partners, and sales representatives.

Identify international EPC contractors, project developers, and
