Express Print is looking for an experienced Printing Sales Manager to join our growing online printing business.

Position: Printing Sales Manager
Work Type: Work From Home (WFH)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer enquiries professionally
- Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers
- Convert online enquiries into confirmed orders
- Recommend suitable printing materials, specifications and finishing options
- Handle WhatsApp, email and online sales enquiries
- Follow up with existing customers and develop repeat business
- Coordinate with the production team regarding artwork, lead times and order requirements
- Work towards monthly sales targets
- Develop strategies to increase sales and grow Express Print

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the printing industry is required




- Strong knowledge of printing products such as name cards, flyers, brochures, booklets, stickers, banners, foam boards, signage and display products
- Good understanding of paper types, GSM, sizes, finishing and printing methods
- Strong sales, negotiation and customer-service skills
- Positive written and spoken English
- Able to work independently in a WFH environment
- Experience in online printing sales will be highly preferred
