Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide production support for AWS-hosted services, triaging incidents and driving resolution to restore service.
- Support DevOps practices for reliable operations, including operational readiness and change support.
- Assist with AWS compliance activities, including evidence collection and validation of controls in AWS environments.
- Support data platform operations involving Snowflake, including access and operational troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure operational and compliance requirements are met during ongoing changes.

Skills Required:
- 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in AWS operations, DevOps,



and production support
- Solid knowledge of AWS and cloud operations.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Hands-on experience in Production Support and incident management.
- Experience with Snowflake and data platform operations.
- Basic to intermediate Python scripting skills.
- Understanding of cloud compliance, security controls, and evidence management.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
