Global Supply Chain Manager (Procurement & Manufacturing Operations)

We are looking for an experienced and high-performing
Global Supply Chain Manager
to lead and manage
end-to-end supply chain, procurement, global logistics, vendor development, supplier quality,
and
manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage global logistics and international shipments across USA, Europe, India & APAC regions.
- Optimize freight modes, shipment planning, delivery timelines, and logistics costs.
- Drive supply chain planning to ensure material availability and minimize stock-outs.
- Manage inventory levels and improve demand and forecast accuracy.
- Develop and manage a strong supplier and vendor ecosystem.
- Handle vendor identification, qualification, RFQs, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and avoid production delays.
- Support supplier quality processes, including approved vendor management, documentation, corrective actions,



and compliance requirements.
- Manage import/export activities, including HS codes, duties, customs processes, and shipment documentation.
- Track and monitor key supply chain KPIs, including On-Time Delivery, inventory, delays, and logistics costs.
- Build dashboards and reports to support operational decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and supply chain efficiency.
- Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, sheet metal, polymers, silicone, and product assemblies while working with suppliers and production teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in
Global Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing Operations

- Solid experience in
international logistics, global shipments
