. 1. Production Planning & Scheduling
- KRA: Ensure the execution of the daily and weekly production master schedule while optimizing machine capacity and raw material availability.

2.Operational Efficiency & Machine Performance
- KRA: Maximize injection moulding machine throughput, cycle time consistency, and equipment uptime.

· Cycle Time Variance: Maintain actual cycle time within ± 2% of the scientifically established process cycle.
- · KPI 3: Changeover Time (SMED): Reduce mould swap and calibration times by adopting single-minute exchange of die principles (Target: < 30 minutes)

3. Quality & Rejection Control

KRA: Minimize defects, flash, short shots, and part contamination through strict process parameter monitoring.

KPI 2: Scrap/Rejection Rate: Keep total shop floor rejections, including purges and runners, below 3% of total resin processed.

KPI 3: Injection Pressure & Shot Weight Stability: Zero batches rejected due to process drift or material degradation

4.Cost Optimization & Material Utilization
- KRA: Drive resin yield, reduce waste,



and manage direct labour costs.

KPI 2: Energy Consumption per Unit: Monitor kWh per kilogram of plastic processed, targeting.

5.Maintenance & Tooling Care
- KRA: Ensure proper upkeep of injection barrels, screws, auxiliary dryers, terminators, and hot-runner moulds.
- KPI 1: Preventive Maintenance Adherence: Complete 100% of scheduled mould cleaning, heater band checks, and toggle greasing on time.

6.Safety, Health, Setting & Team Management
- KRA: Maintain a safe shop floor, build a 5S culture, and develop floor technicians.
- KPI 1: Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR): Maintain 0 accidents resulting in lost work hours.
- KPI 2: 5S Audit Score: Maintain an internal score ≥ 100% for machine cleanliness and purging/resin storage areas. Operator Skill Mapping & Training Hours: Achieve a minimum of 24 hours of technical polymer processing training per operator annually

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
