- Recruitment Drives
- Sourcing Mix - focus on preferred sources
- Competition Mapping
- Ensuring continuous pipeline of candidates
- Vacancy TATs to be maintained as per requirement
- Open Offers to be kept minimum by ensuring right hiring
- Candidate/Consultant Experience to be positive with timely feedback
- Ensure pre joining connect to keep drop offer less than 5%
- Branch Visits - As per the prescribed template and report submission
- First Point of Contact - Payroll, Attendance, Grievance, Discipline, GMC etc
- Operational Excellence
- Offer issuance
- On-boarding and new joinee formalities
- Adherence to TAT and laid down processes
- Attrition control and exit interviews
- Others
- Recent Joinee interaction
- MIS & Monthly Reports
- Special Projects as per need
