- Lead and manage daily production operations to achieve targets efficiently.
- Must have experience in Retorted, RTE (Ready-to-Eat) and RTC (Ready-to-Cook) food products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, hygiene, GMP, and HACCP standards.
- Plan manpower, production schedules, raw materials, and machine utilization.
- Monitor productivity, minimize wastage, and coordinate effectively with Quality, Stores, Purchase & Maintenance teams.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 per month
